Hey beautifuls! Tallardy here with all our news!

So first I know the face lift was yesterday and NOTHING CHANGED! GASP! But honestly I've made a huge decision: I'm moving our account.

That was the big thing I was working on, which no one guessed. :P

Our new account is @once-upon-a-tip !! :)

All the face lift will be there, and our new tippers with the old ones will be there. I just finished switching the sets so I'll send you the password (the ones who have responded).

More announcements, basically, I love all of you. I've been supported so much and I really am thankful for this. I love you all. I wish I could tell each of you how truly thankful I am. Thank you for everything, and I really hope you all go to our new account and follow us... Thank you

Making Fruit Funner

7 months ago - 265 views
Making Fruit Funner
So it's a well known fact that fruit is a super important part of your diet, and it's super tasty too, but sometimes it can be a bit boring- here's some ways to make it nicer and which flavours go with what.

- Make fruit salad
- Make home-made sorbets
- Dip sliced fruit in melted chocolate, chocolate spread or honey
- Melt some peanut butter and drizzle on top of cut up fruit
- Make parfait (in the glass add a spoonful of yoghurt, layer on some granola then add in layers of your favourite fruit with more yoghurt + granola

Apple ~ in winter slice one up and add 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, then microwave for 30 seconds- this is amazing for a cold day, with a cup of tea, it's perfectos.
~ dice up into really small pieces and mix in with some yoghurt
~ Use an apple corer to de-core the apple then cut off the tops and cut into two halves. Add on a thick spreading of peanut butter/jam/jelly/honey/nutella and sprinkle of some cocont flakes, mixed nuts, raisins or even if you to melt some chocolate and spread that over the top. Much healthier than a doughnut!

Pears ~ halve a pear and drizzle it in honey and sprinkle sugar on top, microwave for 1 minute and you have a super tasty treat.
~Mash it up, it's so easy and stops it from getting all sitcky on your hands.

Banana~ split a banana, put a scoop of icecream in the middle and add all your favourite toppings- now you're including fruit in your desserts!
~ Halve a banana through the middle and then halve lengthways. Melt your favourite chocolate (you can do this by putting it in the microwave for 20 secs, stirring, another 20 secs, stirring and then until smooth) and dip the bananas until completely covered. Place of wooden skewers or lollipop stick and put in the freezer for a few hours until the chocolate has completely hardened. Banana popsicles!
~ Mash it up and mix with peanut butter; it's really nice for sandwiches or on toast
~ Slice and add to a peanut butter sandwich or on toast with honey.

Pineapple~ I find pineapple really sweet so sometimes mixing chopped up pineapple with greek yoghurt is nice.
~ in a bowl with orange juice

Oranges~ Squeeeze out the juice and drink!
~ Make orange jelly/jello and mix in the segments with the mixture before you let it set, this is soo good!
~ Peel then slice into rings and add them to a skewer, then freeze for a 6-7 hours

Melon~ Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes, then put in a bowl and just eat as bites!
~ Use as fruit bowls by scooping out the inside and putting other fruit inside it
~ Tastes nice with a bit of sugar or sweetener

Strawberries ~ Cut tops off and dip in melted chocolate ( or substitute nutella/chocolate spread)
~ Fresh cream or whipped cream
~ Cream cheese and strawberries sandwiches (actually taste better than they sound!!)

Heres some more fruit to try- kiwis, cherries, berries, dragon fruit, plums, peaches, grapefruit, coconut, mango, apricot, grapes, pomegranite, avocado, figs, prunes, fig, currants.
